Placing calls through our phone card is a three step process.

1. Dial our toll-free access number, 1-888-653-9988 (English), 1-800-810-9969 (English) or 1-888-651-9988 (Mandarin). *
2. After the prompt, please enter your PIN then press #.
3. Enter the number you wish to call then press #. (For international call: 011 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone number, for domestic long distance: 1 + Area Code + Phone number)
